Beautiful farm-style location, surrounded by charming animals. Lovely pool and lounge bar with wide spaces for parking. Ideal location for the beach lovers, just a short drive away.
Walls and doors seemed too thin as noise travels easily between rooms. The garbage on the way to the hotel could improve, but it does not affect the coziness and comfort on this lovely property.

Had a great Christmas time at this B&B! Really enjoyed the full access to the kitchen and the delicious breakfast menu that had cereal, yoghurt, juice, bread, tea, and coffee. Plus, the farmyard-style property was very picturesque and had all the parking that we needed. the location was perfect, just an hour away from Rome/Fiumicino and close enough to the nearest beach.
The ceiling in our room was slanting and we had to duck our heads to access some areas of the room. the town and surrounding countryside were not that pretty and had a lot of garbage along the roads.

This hotel is a perfect escape from the city. Surrounded by nature, it offers a serene atmosphere. The facilities are amazing- a large swimming pool, a lounge bar, and friendly animals. The staff is warm and welcoming. Cleanliness is outstanding. The hotel offers ample parking and public transportation is also accessible.

Set among beautiful, well-maintained gardens, this hotel provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool and lounge area, with the added bonus of friendly donkeys, geese, ducks and a playful dog. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, perfect for those who appreciate a cozy Italian charm. the hotel offers an excellent breakfast with plenty of options, including an espresso machine.
One should take care to avoid the garbage-strewn roads when exploring the less attractive surrounding towns.
